Are you a dynamic hospitality sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in your day-to-day work? Lafrance Hospitality is seeking an energetic and motivated Bench Sales Manager to support our South Coast area portfolio of hotels.
The Bench Sales Manager is responsible for the coordination, leadership, and execution of sales activities across assigned hotel and meeting rooms. This role assists with sourcing new business, maintaining client relationships, servicing accounts, and supporting hotel sales operations where coverage is needed.
Assignments may include:
- Covering vacations or leaves for hotel sales personnel
- Supporting hotel and banquet sales initiatives
- Assisting with revenue-driving sales projects
- Working closely with hotel leadership teams
- Completing projects assigned by the Vice President of Sales or Regional Director of Sales
Pay: Salary (based on experience)
Schedule: Weekdays Monday - Friday

Requirements
- Previous hotel sales or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and adaptable in changing environments
- Ability to travel throughout the Southcoast region as needed - Middletown, RI to Plymouth, MA to Mansfield, MA
- Valid driver’s license required
