POSITION DETAILS
- Full-Time • Technical Services Department • Reports to Store Manager
- Location: Inwood, WV (Eastern Panhandle)
- Work environment: In-shop repair workshop; personal protective equipment provided and required
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create custom jewelry pieces from designer specifications
- Perform jewelry repairs, sizing, and restoration
- Conduct quality assurance checks before delivery
- Provide technical consultation to our sales team
- Manage project timelines and communicate updates with the Repair Coordinator and Store Manager
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma, GED, or Technical/Vocational equivalent
- 3+ years of jewelry repair, restoration, and design experience
- Accredited Jeweler Professional (AJP) certification preferred - we will support the right candidate in obtaining it
- Working knowledge of precious stones, metals, and cost estimating
- Dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in quality work
