Nelson Coleman Jewelers, a family business with generations of jewelry expertise, is seeking a skilled Bench Jeweler to create custom pieces and perform expert repairs.

POSITION DETAILS

• Full-Time • Technical Services Department • Reports to Store Manager
• Work environment: In-shop repair workshop; personal protective equipment required

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create custom jewelry pieces from designer specifications
• Perform jewelry repairs, sizing, and restoration
• Conduct quality assurance checks before delivery
• Provide technical consultation to internal sales team
• Manage project timelines and communicate status updates with Repair Coordinator and Store Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma, GED, or Technical/Vocational equivalent
• 3+ years of jewelry repair, restoration, and design experience
• Accredited Jeweler Professional (AJP) certification required
• Expert knowledge of precious stones, metals, cost estimating, and profitability
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
