Lafrance Hospitality is
looking to fill the position of Bench General Manager<\/b>. The Bench General
Manager provides Management assistance and Interim General Manager oversight to any assigned Lafrance
Hospitality hotel. Participates in the operations of associated Company
businesses on an as -needed basis. <\/span>

The successful candidate
should have the following work experience and skills. <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to be mobile and relocated to properties as
assigned, reliable transportation is a must.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Solid knowledge, however obtained, of the hotel
industry.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Sound general business acumen to assist in the
development of the whole company.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Sound managerial and team -building skills to
effectively lead an employee group.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good communication skills, both oral and written, to
communicate with vendors, employees, and others in furtherance of the business
goals and objectives.<\/span>

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b>
<\/p>
<\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assumes all responsibilities, up to and including
General Manager, for each hotel property as assigned.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provides support by mentoring, coaching, counseling,
team building and evaluating performance, etc. <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Daily/weekly monitoring of all hotel operations, at
assigned location<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Participates in the development of Hotel Marketing
Plans, property improvement plans, operational and capital budgets for assigned
hotel.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Performs weekly/monthly review of financial reports<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Participates in the Revenue Management process for
assigned hotel.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Supports sales staff at assigned property to assure
achievement of goals. <\/span><\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conducts Quarterly analysis to test achievement of the
sales bonus plan.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Participates in company -wide sales effort; monitors
and assists in the development and implementation of the sales plan.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assures compliance with human resources policies and
procedures.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Represents the organization by participating in the
business community.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assists in further developing management company.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Supports new General Managers by providing training
and onboarding as assigned throughout the entire Lafrance Hospitality portfolio<\/span>
