Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Bench Executive Chef to support multiple accounts in the Charleston market. This role is ideal for a strong culinary leader who can step into key locations lead teams drive results and deliver outstanding food experiences.
What Youll Do
Provide culinary leadership across multiple Charleston-area accounts
Support openings transitions and operational needs
Lead train and develop culinary teams
Ensure food quality presentation and service excellence
Manage foodlabor costs inventory and purchasing
Maintain sanitation safety and regulatory compliance
Partner with leadership to improve patient and retail dining programs
What Were Looking For
Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
High-volume foodservice healthcare hospitality or restaurant background preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Financial and operational knowledge
Flexibility to travel within the market as needed
Compensation & Benefits
