DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Resolve customer concerns and provide feedback with brand-appropriate responses
- Coordinate catering or event requests
- Generate weekly/monthly sales reports as needed or directed
- Ensure the team follows all food safety, sanitation protocols, and equipment cleaning procedures
- Handle inventory management, order supplies, and maintain accurate sales and operational records
- Monitor sales goals and assist in executing promotional activities to drive store profitability
