Essential Job Functions Follow parking procedures to park guest vehicles and maintain a clean and orderly valet area and hotel entrance. Perform vehicle inspections hang coats and tag luggage for guests ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Open doors unloadload luggage and assist guests. Uphold strict confidentiality of sensitive information shared by Rivers Casino Pittsburgh and its guests. Present a friendly demeanor and positive body language to warmly welcome and assist guests. Provide information on property amenities local attractions and facilitate transportation arrangements for guests. Safely transport luggage to designated areas and provide assistance with storage and retrieval.
Qualifications Knowledge Skills and Abilities High School diploma or equivalent education preferred. Valid Drivers License and minimum age of 21 years required. Prior experience in luxury property guest service front door or bell service preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork. Flexibility to work varying shifts including holidays and weekends.
Certifications Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the non-gaming level. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.
Physical Requirements Constant standing walking and reaching with occasional movements at shoulder level as well as frequent squatting kneeling and bending. Ability to drive vehicles and to see well enough to drive in parking garage. Ability to walk jog and climb stairs.
