Job Description
African Caregivers LLC, an approved New Jersey DDD provider, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral oversight and consultation for individuals receiving services with behavioral acuity needs under Embedded Behavior Supports.
This is a part-time contract role (approximately 5–10 hours per month).
Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight of Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
Support staff implementing Positive Behavior Supports
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
Provide crisis prevention and behavioral consultation
Ensure compliance with NJ DDD Waiver requirements (Section 17.2)
Requirements
Active BCBA Certification (required)
Experience with developmental disabilities and community-based supports preferred
Familiarity with NJ DDD Behavioral Services standards
Ability to provide documentation of credentials
Compensation
Competitive hourly or monthly consulting rate
