Job Summary We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you will assist in assessments, facilitate one-on-one therapies and social interactions, and implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Responsibilities
Assist in intakes and assessments
Implement individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Current RBT credential (or able to obtain quickly)
Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
