Position Summary:
Are you passionate about working with children and interested in making a positive difference? Are you someone who enjoys being organized, detail-oriented, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes? This unique opportunity blends hands-on behavior therapy with foundational administrative experience — making it the perfect fit for someone eager to grow clinically and operationally.
As an RBT & Operations Assistant, you'll provide one-on-one therapy to children (ages 2–14) with developmental disabilities while also supporting the day-to-day functions that keep our clinic running. You’ll be an essential part of a collaborative team that values quality, integrity, and professional growth.
Behavioral Therapy Responsibilities (60%)
Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions using ABA strategies to help clients meet their goals
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect accurate data and documentation to track client progress
Build trusting, supportive relationships with clients and families
Participate in clinical meetings, training, and supervision sessions
Follow all ethical guidelines and uphold ABA Advantage values in every session
Requirements (Clinical)
High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Must obtain RBT certification within 90 days (we provide full training)
Experience working with children with developmental disabilities is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to professional ethics, reliability, and ongoing growth
In this hybrid role, you'll support our clinical team and families by maintaining an organized, professional, and welcoming environment. You’ll handle essential administrative tasks that keep the clinic functioning each day while learning the foundations of operations — setting you up for future growth.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Help open and close the clinic, ensuring everything is ready for a successful day
Monitor and manage supplies so our team always has what they need to deliver care
Keep our space clean, safe, and organized — from therapy rooms to common areas
Coordinate maintenance and repairs to keep equipment and furniture in good working order
Receive and track deliveries, ensuring materials are stored and documented properly
Support scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance tracking with accuracy and attention to detail
Communicate with professionalism and warmth — in person, by phone, and over email
Follow all ABA Advantage policies, procedures, and compliance protocols, including mandated reporting
Participate in required training to stay informed and aligned with our standards
Assist with occasional community outreach and family engagement events
Support any other operational tasks needed to help our team and families thrive
