This is an excellent opportunity for psychology, child development, and related graduates to gain hands-on clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) — no prior experience required, because we provide paid training.


As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children and individuals with autism and other special needs, helping them build communication, social, play, and daily-living skills using proven ABA strategies, under the guidance of our clinical team.

What You'll Do


  • Provide one-on-one behavior intervention to clients in home, school, and community settings
  • Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily-living skills using ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement and prompting
  • Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies
  • Collect and record accurate data and track client progress each session
  • Collaborate with supervisors and communicate with families and caregivers
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards
What We're Looking For


  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Sociology, Kinesiology, or a related field 
  • Reliable, motivated, and passionate about helping children
  • Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license
  • Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check
  • Willingness to obtain TB clearance and CPR/First Aid certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $22–$28 per hour
