The Bureau of Correctional Recovery Services works with incarcerated men and women in Ohio's prisons to instill an improved sense of responsibility and the ability to become law-abiding citizens.
Recovery Services Behavioral Healthcare Provider Supervisors use evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in the treatment of incarcerated men and women in prison who are in need of substance abuse recovery programming
Duties of the Behavioral Healthcare Provider Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
This is an hourly position and is exempt from the bargaining units, with a pay range of 13 on the E1 Exempt Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position is located within Pickaway Correctional Institution at 11781 State Route 762, Orient, Ohio 43146.
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
Selected applicant(s) will be required to complete the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Correction''s training at the Corrections Training Academy located in Orient, OH. This training is approximately 4 weeks in length.
