    cTrace Solutions has a great opportunity to be a part of our growing team! We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 . SIGN ON BONUS: $200 Come Join Our Team!

    - Shift: Either 7:30-3:30pm or 8-4pm - Mon-Fri

    Requirements for Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1 :
    (Any one of the license)

    • LSW or LPCC
    • CPR or BLS

    Responsibilities of Behavioral Healthcare Provider 1:
    - Performs as lead worker or independently develops & implements treatment plans for clients, coordinates admission, assessment, evaluation & treatment plans of client's care cycle, provides interventions with acute, more complex clients, handles cases containing numerous factors & problems & provides crisis intervention.
