Under the direction of the Director of Community Housing & Support Services (CHSS), you will oversee daily operations within residential programs, ensuring services are delivered safely, consistently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. This role focuses on supervising BHT staff, including scheduling, training, and performance support, while fostering a strong, collaborative team environment. You will help maintain a therapeutic setting for clients, support high-quality behavioral health care, and contribute to a culture of accountability, compassion, and excellence across JAMHI. Education and Experience:
