Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Location: 65 N 1150 Hurricane, Utah 84737 (On-site)

- AM: 7:00am - 5:00pm
- PM: 1:00pm - 11:00pm

Embark at Hurricane - Stabilization and Assessment is a residential treatment center that provides a nurturing, home-like atmosphere for highly acute adolescent males and their families. We specialize in addressing complex issues such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, relationship challenges, and mental health concerns, all with a focus on family-centered healing.
Responsibilities:
- Walking clients through their day-to-day activities.
- Collaborate with therapists to implement interventions aligned with each client's treatment plan.
- Relaying any pertinent information over to the treatment team
- Consistent and thorough documentation and reporting
- Crisis prevention and management
- Maintaining a safe environment for clients
- Daily light housekeeping; sweeping, cleaning up/putting things away, dishes, etc.
- Contribute to meal preparation while promoting healthy eating habits.
- Attend and engage in group sessions with clients, fostering a sense of community.
Qualifications:
- 21 years old or older
- Experience in Behavioral Health or a related field is preferred
- Current driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability to learn and perform CPR and First-Aid.
- Skill in de-escalating agitated students.
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Willing to get Food Handlers Permit before first day of work
