Community Growth Behavioral Health Inc. provides outpatient behavioral health services to children, youth, adults, and families living in communities surrounding the Kanawha County area of West Virginia. We provide services for individuals and families suffering from chronic health conditions, mental illness, behavioral disorders, or substance abuse disorders. Our Clinical Director, licensed professionals, and paraprofessionals work to create individualized treatment plans specific to individual needs.

Our team will provide the best possible service, support, care and treatment to help program participants get off the sidelines and back in the driver's seat of life. We help you make individual goals and dreams a reality. This will be achieved by providing evidenced based treatment, education and linkage to community supports derived from person-centered planning and action.
 

Community Growth Behavioral Health Inc. has the following opportunity immediately available in its Charleston, WV location:

(Behavioral Health Technician) (bachelor’s degree in a human service field) required: $21-$25 /hour Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Work one- on- one in the community with client to teach and assist in skills training and independent living re-learning.
2. Implementing structured skills interventions in client sessions daily by treatment plan goals.
3. Use positive reinforcements and other techniques to shape client independent living abilities.
4.Track and document specific behaviors, session participation, interactions and activities.
5. Document client's actions, participation, and progress on documentation note.
6. You must have reliable transportation; you will be working with clients out in the community.
