In this role, you’ll deliver compassionate, person-centered services in a variety of settings—including clients’ homes, the community, and the office—providing a well-rounded and engaging work experience. Responsibilities include case management, crisis intervention, and ongoing support services, as well as completing Medicaid and related documentation.
You will play a key role in conducting clinical assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping clients navigate their path to recovery and independence. The position also involves transporting clients using an agency vehicle.
Based in Reston, this role is ideal for professionals with strong written and verbal communication skills who are passionate about community-based care and making a difference every day.

- The CSB provides clinical supervision for employees who are registered as licensed eligible mental health in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner or Licensed Nurse Practitioner.
