Behavioral Health Provider (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) - Telemedicine
Hourly Pay Rate: $70.00

As a vital part of our healthcare network, you will provide evidence-based therapy sessions, support diverse patient needs, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered approach to mental health care.
Required Skills:
- Valid California license as LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Proven experience in providing mental health therapy or counseling via telehealth platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Knowledge of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
- Experience working with diverse populations or specialized mental health conditions
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications in trauma, substance abuse, or other relevant areas
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Masters degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in mental health services, preferably in a telehealth setting
Other Requirements:
- California licensure is mandatory
- Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection
- Willingness to adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations regarding telehealth services
- Availability to work based on session scheduling needs
