Behavioral Health Program CoordinatorOversees the clinical operations of the Behavioral Health and Social Services (BHSS) department. This role includes supervising staff, supporting behavioral health integration across departments, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies, managing program documentation and budgets, contributing to grant development, and coordinating audits and community outreach. Leads efforts in staff retention, training, peer reviews, and program improvement to enhance care delivery and maintain a professional, patient-centered environment. Salary; $128,960 per year.
