Are you a compassionate and dedicated nursing professional with a passion for adolescent mental health? We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Nurse to provide exceptional care in a supportive residential setting. What Youll Bring:
- 1-2 years of behavioral health nursing experience, preferably with child and adolescent populations
- Valid BLS certification; CPI blue certification or ability to obtain
- Proficiency in medication administration, patient monitoring, and documentation
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, coordinating care rather than supervising staff
- Flexibility to adapt to unique residential care environments and policies
Nice to Have:
- Experience with EMR systems, particularly CareLogic (training available onsite)
- Familiarity with physical or chemical restraint procedures and documentation
- Additional certifications or training in pediatric or adolescent mental health
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Active nursing license (RN) with relevant experience in psychological or residential care settings
- 1-2 years of psychiatric nursing experience focused on youth
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work 8-hour day shifts starting June 8, 2026
- Positive, adaptable attitude ready to embrace the residential care environment
- Willingness to comply with all safety and health regulations, including on-site training requirements
