Northeast Delta Human Services Authority Mission: Serve as a catalyst for individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disorders to help them realize their full human potential by offering quality, excellent care with greater accessibility. Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is looking for an experienced and dedicated Behavioral Health Inpatient Facility Manager to promote, direct, and supervise the effective operations of a residential treatment center to meet the needs of the consumer, their families, and the public by utilizing all available resources. In this role, you will be responsible for assuring the continued transition and adherence to the Integrated Care Model. Applicants with licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker are encouraged to apply.
Salary: $5,973.00 - $10,766.00 Monthly

Minimum Qualifications:
A master's degree in human or health services, social work, or a social sciences field; health care or behavioral health administration, nursing, or public health plus four years of experience providing health services, behavioral health treatment, social services, nursing, or counseling; OR A doctorate in human or health services, social work, or a social sciences field; health care or behavioral health administration, nursing, or public health plus two years of experience providing health services, behavioral health treatment, social services, nursing, or counseling.

Compensation: NEDHSA is a designated approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians who work at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans.
(* Full-time clinical practice is defined as no less than 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 45 weeks per year.)
