Description
Make a Real Difference in Your Community
EBCAP Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dual Diagnosis Clinician to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. This is a rare opportunity to practice at the forefront of integrated behavioral health care — where you'll have the clinical resources, interdisciplinary support, and mission alignment to truly serve individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
As part of a CCBHC, you'll benefit from a model designed to eliminate barriers to care — meaning your clients get more of what they need, and you spend your time doing meaningful clinical work rather than navigating gaps in the system.
What You'll Do
You'll carry a caseload of adults with co-occurring disorders, providing comprehensive clinical services across the full continuum of outpatient care:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop person-centered recovery plans in collaboration with clients and an interdisciplinary team
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches
- Apply ASAM Criteria for level-of-care determinations and collaborate with prescribers on MAT integration
- Provide crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and safety planning
- Document within an EMR using collaborative documentation practices
- Engage in case consultations, team communication, and community coordination
