• Empower patient recovery by conducting comprehensive assessments and setting personalized therapy goals that drive clinical progress.
• Facilitate transformative healing through evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions focused on building patient resilience.
• Champion collaborative care by aligning with families and medical teams to ensure a seamless treatment journey from intake to discharge.
• Uphold clinical excellence by maintaining precise, confidential records that accurately capture the patient’s progress and care needs.
• Bridge community connections by linking patients to vital local resources and therapeutic activities that support long-term stability.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:
  • Licensed Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field required.

• Preference will be given to persons who have experience providing group therapy to adults
