Job Overview The Senior Behavioral Health Clinician is responsible for direct patient care and safety including diagnostic of complex, difficult or complicated assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for children, adolescents, and their families.The Senior Behavioral Health Clinician also provides clinical supervision and resource expertise to other unlicensed Behavioral Health Clinician in Outpatient, Inpatient or Emergency Department se Additional Information Department Name: PMHI Consultation Service-ED Job Status: 36hrs FT Shift: 7p-7a with some rotating weekends Qualifications EDUCATION: Master's degree in psychology, social work or related field. EXPERIENCE:Four (4) years licensed clinical experience with children and adolescents in a psychiatric setting. CERTIFICATION(S): American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer or ASHI Basic Life Support for Health Providers LICENSURE:State of Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Credentialing must be completed by the Medical Staff Office (MSO) within 3 months of employment. *This position may require a BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
