Job Description
Do you have experience with mental health illness or a background in crisis intervention? Do you have a desire to advocate for those struggling with mental wellness? If so, come join Chesapeake Integrated Behavioral Healthcare.
This position provides pre-admission screening and crisis intervention to 24 hour Emergency Services unit and CIT Assessment Center. Position performs risk assessments to determine the appropriate level of care using the least restrictive alternative to manage crises.

Required Qualifications
VOCATIONAL/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:
Requires a master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field, or another degree as approved by the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
In addition to satisfying the vocational/education standards, this class requires a minimum of two years of related, full-time equivalent experience.
