Job Description
GENERAL OVERVIEW Provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of acute psychiatric patients.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Provides individual group and family therapy with assigned patients. 70 Conducts an individual comprehensive evaluation for assigned patients. 10 Completes all documentation according to regulatory requirements e.g. treatment plans progress notes. 10 Attends all required departmentalhospital meetings. 10 Performs other duties as assigned or required.
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Masters degree in a relevant field Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW Licensed Professional Counselor LPC Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists LMFT or other Behavioral Specialist license CPR - American Heart Association • Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate • Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate • Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
Preferred Older Adults Protective Services Act OAPSA clearance Prior counseling experience in a behavioral health setting
