GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The purpose of the center manager position is to lead, develop, implement, oversee and manage the operations, future growth and development of the allcoveTM center. The center manager works closely and collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to ensure all activities are in accordance with the available funding, and direction provided by the lead agency, Community Consortium partners and the Youth Advisory Group. The center manager has experience at managing multidisciplinary teams, as well as experience in establishing collaborative agreements for integrated services that meet the needs of the communities who access services. The center manager can also provide clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision to licensed and pre-licensed mental health providers.

Established in 1971, Chinatown Service Center is one of the largest community-based Chinese-American health and human service organization in Southern California. CSC provides a comprehensive range of services to over 100,000 visits annually, organized under four services areas including Social Services (Senior Services, Welfare and Benefits Enrollments and Referral Programs), Federally Qualified Community Health Center (Behavioral Health, Medical, Dental and Optometry), Youth Center and Community Economic Development (Individual Financial Education and Small Business Training and Consultation). Services are available in a variety of Chinese dialects, including, Cantonese, Mandarin, Toishan, Chiu Jou, as well as other languages, such as Vietnamese, and Spanish.
