Position Overview:
We Achieve ABA is currently seeking compassionate, motivated, and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team.
As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping children grow and succeed.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBA.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and/or community settings.
Collect and accurately record data during therapy sessions.
Maintain timely and compliant session documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progress.
Assist in promoting skill development, communication, independence, and positive behaviors.
Maintain professionalism and consistency while building rapport with clients and families.
Participate in ongoing training and supervision
Qualifications:
Experience working with children preferred.
Experience in ABA, behavioral therapy, childcare, education, or related fields preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain patient, compassionate, and professional in various situations.
Reliable transportation and punctuality required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
RBT certification preferred but not required (training available for qualified candidates).
Experience with central reach preferred.
