HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) to join our fun and growing ABA Team in Columbus, GA!
Schedule: Part-time, Monday-Friday (minimum of 3 consistent days per week)
Compensation:
Hourly rates between $22-$26/hour

Responsibilities
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The RBT provides one-on-one behavioral support to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
Qualifications
Active RBT certification or completion of the 40-hour RBT course
No certification yet? We provide training and support to help you get certified
Hands-on CPR Certification required
Background in mental health, child development, or education preferred
Passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact
Must be 18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent)
Reliable transportation required
