Behavior Technician
Pay: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour
Open Schedule: Monday – Friday 12:00 - 8:00 PM
Location: Dearborn Heights, MI

Are you passionate about helping children with autism build independence, communication, and life skills? Join our team as a Behavior Technician and provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that changes lives.

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, or community settings
- Collect and record data on observable client behavior
- Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
- Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, autism support, or ABA therapy (required).
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and behavior management techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (travel required between client homes).
- Background in psychology, education, social work, or behavioral health preferred.
