Do you want a career where your work truly matters? At Orchard Learning & Behavior Services, we support young children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians to join our growing clinical team.

About the Role

Behavior Technicians provide direct ABA therapy to children in 1:1 and small group settings in our clinic. You'll work under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst to help children learn meaningful skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning.

Pay & Schedule

• $17–$20/hour, based on experience
• Pay increases tied to performance evaluations
• Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM
• Full-time employees receive PTO and benefits

What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Deliver ABA teaching programs using prompting and reinforcement
• Collect and record data on behavior and skill acquisition
• Support parent and caregiver training
• Participate in ongoing ABA, ethics, and professional development trainings
• Communicate regularly with supervisors and team members
• Maintain client safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with ABA or developmental disabilities preferred
• Ability to build rapport with children and families
• Must be 18+, with reliable transportation and valid driver's license
