As a Behavior Technician, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment.

Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and growth:

  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
  • Flexible schedule
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance

If you’re eager to learn, grow, and end each day knowing you’ve made an impact — this is the place to be.

Compensation:

$40,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
  • Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision.
  • Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities.

  • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time!
  • Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
  • Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key.
