Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.

Compensation:$18 - $22 hourly
Responsibilities:- Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a center-based environment.
- Record data accurately and maintain session documentation.
- Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers.
- Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within therapy spaces.
Qualifications:- Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time!
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key.
- Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children.
- Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided).
