Primary Purpose:
Provide training and support to campus staff in the application and implementation of positive behavior supports and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Collaborate with educators in the development and implementation of programs to remediate behavioral and social problems and assist with development and implementation behavior intervention plans.

Working Conditions:The job requires the ability to participate in physical crisis intervention while working with students on campus. Regular district-wide travel to multiple work locations is required.
Mental Demands: This job requires regular exposure to high stress situations with students in crisis.
Posture:Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
Motion:Repetitive hand motions, frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching
Lifting:Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds)
Environment:Frequent district-wide travel; occasional statewide travel; frequent prolonged and irregular hours. Work must be performed onsite
Funded by federal funds with the primary purpose of supporting grant activities aimed at improving academic achievement.
