Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is working with a Corrections in Union Springs, Alabama to hire Behavior Intervention Specialists. For more than 40 years, we've specialized in helping healthcare professionals find the assignments that best fit their current needs and long-term career goals.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Behavioral Health professional
- 1 - 2 years of recent relevant experience
- Experience in Corrections is preferred
- American Heart Association BLS
Behavior Intervention Specialist Contract Details:
- $1,600 - $1,762 per week
- 13-week contract with possibility to extend
- Will work with individuals who exhibit problematic behaviors, to replace negative and disruptive behaviors with positive actions and behaviors
- Will develop a targeted strategy to reduce problematic behaviors and encourage positive behaviors through positive reinforcement
