We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Permanent Behavior Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position involves working closely with individuals and groups to assess, analyze, and modify behavior. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of behavioral principles and strategies, and be able to develop and implement behavior intervention plans effectively.
The Permanent Behavior Consultant will be responsible for providing consultation services to clients and their families, educators, and other professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who is passionate about making a difference and contributing to the betterment of individuals' lives.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments of clients.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans.
3. Provide training and consultation to families, educators, and other professionals on behavioral strategies and intervention techniques.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
5. Conduct ongoing evaluations and modifications of behavior plans based on data analysis.
6. Document and report progress and challenges regularly.
7. Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of all client information.
8. Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with current research and practices in the field.
Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field is required.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in the field of behavior analysis or a similar role.
3. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is highly preferred.
4. Proficient in the use of assessment tools and data collection methods.
5. Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and strategies.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Strong written and oral communication skills.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
9. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
10. Commitment to ethical practices and adherence to professional standards.
11. Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
