The role of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, salaried, school-based position with a hybrid work model supporting Baltimore-area public schools.
As a Behavior Coach (BCBA), you'll conduct classroom observations, provide data-driven coaching to educators, model proactive behavior management, and support trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices. You'll use the Insight platform to track progress, collaborate with school leaders to strengthen behavioral systems, and participate in professional development and problem-solving activities.
Requirements include active BCBA and Maryland LBA credentials, experience in school-based systems or coaching, strong data skills, and a commitment to equity and trauma-informed care.
