Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavior Analyst to join our Therapeutic Services team and support our mission of promoting growth, independence, and a high quality of life for students with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. In this role, you will design, implement, and monitor individualized, evidence-based behavior support services that promote safety, dignity, and long-term skill development. The Behavior Analyst plays a vital role in fostering collaboration between therapeutic, educational, and residential teams to ensure consistent, trauma-informed, and holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Consultation & Support
Serve as a clinical consultant on behavior analysis across all settings, including Therapeutic Services, Education, and Residential programs.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Apply independent clinical judgment consistent with BACB ethical standards, state regulations, and company policies.
Model behavioral strategies and coach staff to ensure fidelity and confidence in implementation.
Analyze behavioral data collection systems and make data-based recommendations to improve outcomes.
Collaboration & Program Development
Partner with Therapeutic Services, Education, and Residential leadership to align behavioral interventions with therapeutic and educational goals.
Contribute to crisis intervention protocols, ensuring interventions are implemented safely and ethically.
Deliver advanced training and professional development to improve staff competencies in Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) and trauma-informed care.
Collaborate across MyPath companies to share expertise and advance consistent, evidence-based approaches.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for audits, reviews, and internal reporting.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, state licensing regulations, and company policy.
Participate in IEPs, ISPs, and team meetings as requested.
Engage in professional development to remain current with advances in behavior analysis and related fields.

Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours, First Shift
Flexibility required with occasional shifts outside of standard schedule to support student needs
Compensation: $82k-$92k annually, based on level of experience
Qualifications & Experience:
Masters Degree Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing (required)
Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst License within 90 days of hire (required)
Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities in a residential, clinical, or educational setting (3+ years preferred)
Demonstrated experience with Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), trauma-informed care, and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
