We are seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Florida, preferably bilingual in English and Spanish, for a flexible 25-30 hour/week role in Orange or Seminole County.
- Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in home and school settings
- Conduct parent training to support behavior plan implementation
- Collaborate with families, schools, and stakeholders to deliver effective services
- Qualifications include BCBA certification, active Florida license, reliable transportation, and residence in the area preferred
- Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually based on experience
