POSITION SUMMARY: The Behavior Analyst Coordinator provides behavior analytic consultation, coaching, and direct support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities across local school districts. The coordinator works collaboratively with educational teams to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate behavior intervention programming designed to increase student independence, engagement, communication, adaptive functioning, and access to the least restrictive environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) required.
Bachelor's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a closely related field required.
Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or developmental disabilities in educational and/or clinical settings.
Knowledge of behavior principles, positive behavioral supports, functional behavior assessment processes, and evidence-based interventions.
Experienced training, coaching, and supporting school personnel and paraprofessionals preferred.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and local school districts.
