The Richardson School, a MyPath Company, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with significant behavioral and therapeutic needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provides clinical leadership in behavior analysis across school settings, ensuring interventions are evidence-based, trauma-informed, and implemented with fidelity.

Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and collaborates with IEP teams to develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using function-based strategies and data analysis.

Uses data to guide decision-making, monitor student progress, and support implementation of EMLSS and PBIS frameworks.

Collaborates with educators, therapeutic staff, and leadership to align behavioral, educational, and therapeutic interventions within an integrated care model.

Provides coaching, modeling, and consultation to staff to build confidence and consistency in implementing behavior strategies.

Delivers staff training and professional development on behavior analysis, de-escalation, and proactive intervention techniques.

Supports crisis intervention planning and contributes to restraint-reduction efforts through proactive and preventative strategies.

Participates in IEP meetings, team meetings, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support student outcomes.

Maintains accurate and timely documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and BACB standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or be eligible within 6 months of hire.

Must be eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst licensure.

Minimum 2 years (3+ preferred) experience working with individuals with autism or related disabilities.

Experience supporting students with emotional/behavioral disorders, mental health needs, and developmental disabilities.

Strong knowledge of PBIS, MTSS/EMLSS, and trauma-informed practices.

Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and implement evidence-based interventions.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Ability to travel between Brookfield and West Allis/Cudahy Weekly.

Ability to safely implement crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies.
