Position Summary
The Before/After School program Childcare Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation, planning, and implementation of the 4K Wraparound Care program. This role combines instructional leadership, staff management, and operational oversight. The Supervisor ensures a safe, nurturing, play-based environment for four-year-old children, manages program staff, maintains compliance with state licensing, and oversees the program''s localized budget and resource allocation.
