The Lake Mills Community Recreation Department is seeking caring, dependable, and energetic individuals ages 18 and older to join our Before & After School Program at Lake Mills Elementary School. This flexible, part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with elementary-aged children and is looking for approximately 10-12 hours per week. Staff help provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment through games, activities, and positive interactions with students. Available shifts are Monday-Friday from 6:00-8:00 a.m. and/or 3:00-5:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity for retirees, college students, education majors, paraprofessionals, or anyone looking for meaningful work with children.
