The role also requires communicating with management about shrink and guest concerns, making PA announcements, and performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications include strong interpersonal and selling skills, effective teamwork, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and bend for extended periods, and work in cold environments. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
