We're looking for dependable and friendly individuals to join our team as a Donation Attendant / Retail Associate.
In this role, you'll help create a positive experience for donors while keeping merchandise organized and ready for the sales floor. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with people, and being part of a team.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist donors in a friendly, professional manner.
Accept and organize donated items.
Sort merchandise into designated categories.
Size and organize clothing and other donated items.
Stack, move, and prepare merchandise for processing and display.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
Dependable and punctual.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Dress Code
Casual attire
Closed-toe shoes required
