Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure an exceptional experience that exceeds guest expectations every visit.

• Collaborate with the district manager to implement innovative ideas for guest satisfaction.
• Communicate business goals and performance expectations clearly to your team.

• Manage payroll, operating reports, and maintain brand standards.

Required Skills:

• 1 year of previous management experience in a specialty store or multi-service environment.
• Confident and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
• Reliable means of transportation.
