OhioHealth is seeking a full-time BE/BCGeneral Neurologist to practice out of Marion, OH.

Description:

  • Join an established practice with dedicated and respectful partners, with longstanding commitment to the community.
  • Seeking a general or subspecialty trained neurologist interested in building a general neurology practice at Marion General Hospital
  • Highly supportive staff who manage clerical duties including prior-authorizations, routing of referrals and orders, patient phone calls, etc.
  • Advanced Practice Provider support
  • Position offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. Neurology is a consulting inpatient service.
  • Marion General Hospital is part of the OhioHealth Stroke Network, and is a Primary Stroke Center. No stroke call is required; tele neurology responds to all acute stroke symptoms.
  • Available procedures: EMG, EEG, Botox injections, trigger point injections
  • General Neurology with Subspecialty fellowship training welcome. EMG capabilities are desired but not required.

Requirements:

  • BE/ BC in Neurology through the American Board of Medical Specialties
