a BDC Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them connect with the right people, get answers fast, and set the stage for an amazing dealership experience. This is your chance to play a key role in growing relationships, generating leads, and supporting our sales team’s success.

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries to generate and nurture leads.
Set appointments for customers to meet with our sales representatives.
Keep our CRM system up to date with accurate customer details.
Follow up with potential buyers, answer questions, and share product/service info.
Partner with the sales team to hit goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date on inventory, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus!).
1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
Previous automotive or call center experience is a big advantage.
Strong communication skills; you know how to connect with people.
Tech-savvy with CRM software and comfortable multitasking.
Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a busy environment.
Flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
