Performance Nissan of Pompano is currently seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our growing automotive sales team. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling inbound leads, setting appointments, and helping drive dealership growth through strong communication and follow-up.

COMPENSATION
$55,000 $90,000+ annually based on experience, appointments set, performance, bonuses, and overall production.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The BDC Representative will be responsible for handling all inbound phone calls, internet leads, online inquiries, and customer follow-up communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, motivated, professional, and capable of delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining strong appointment-setting performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer incoming phone calls and internet inquiries promptly and professionally

Respond to customer requests through phone, email, text, and online platforms

Schedule showroom appointments and confirm customer visits

Follow up with missed appointments and unsold traffic

Log customer information and communication notes accurately into dealership systems

Maintain strong product knowledge on current inventory, programs, and promotions

Assist walk-in customers and ensure a positive dealership experience

Maintain professional communication and follow all dealership procedures

Promote current dealership specials, incentives, and events

Support sales and management teams with additional dealership tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive sales, BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and internet platforms

Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

High School Diploma or equivalent required

College degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
