Responsibilities
- Establish strong customer relationships by assisting with incoming customer call inquiries, scheduling sales appointments, and maintaining long-term follow up with customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle products and services.
- Record customer information in the required database.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including date entry, internet, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines.
- Willingness to follow direction while working independently.
- Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
